Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai or A Condition Called Love is a manga series by Megumi Morino. It first appeared in the February 2018 issue of Dessert, released on December 22, 2017. The initial volume came out on May 11, 2018, and the series entered its final arc on November 24, 2023. Currently, there are fourteen tankōbon volumes available. Kodansha USA announced digital publication of the series on March 8, 2020, and later confirmed print publication starting in Q2 2023.

The manga has received several nominations and awards, including being a nominee for the 64th Shogakukan Manga Awards in the shōjo category and winning the Kodansha Manga Award in the shōjo category in 2021. As of June 2023, the series has 3.8 million copies in circulation. Anime News Network’s Rebecca Silverman rated the first volume with a C, praising the art and the character Hotaru, but criticizing Hananoi and their relationship as toxic.
